Colour: Light straw. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Floral with dry grass and leafy aromas. Hints of citrus fruits and a spicy, cedar wood edge. Palate: Dry and peppery. Cedar and pine wood flavours with a delicate fruitiness developing. With water: Nose: Sweet notes - caramel and vanilla evident. Some lavender and pot pourri aromas. The cedar element remains. Palate: Dry with bracken and gorse flavours. Some cracked black pepper notes and a touch of charred oak. Body: Light, delicate. Finish: Dry. Cask Type: Refill Sherry American Casks. Style: Subtle& delicate, an ideal aperitif.
