Cedar and pine wood flavours with a delicate fruitiness developing. With water: Nose: Sweet notes - caramel and vanilla evident. Some lavender and pot pourri aromas. The cedar element remains. Palate: Dry with bracken and gorse flavours. Some cracked black pepper notes and a touch of charred oak. Body: Light, delicate. Finish: Dry. Cask Type: Refill Sherry American Casks.
