Williams & Humbert is famed for it's Dry Sack sherry, but the 20 year and 30 year sherries they make are absolutely enthralling and stand out in a crowd.

This 20 years old Pedro Ximenez wine really set the bar for other sweet wines to reach. Lovely sweet and complex with lots of notes of burnt sugar, nuts and raisins. A crack!

This dram has a white-like color.

Nose (88): inexistent. raisins, old, sweet, bananas, nuts, grapes, floral. First nosing data is innacurate as the previous tasting sheet lacked of this field.
