The Weninger family have their roots literally in two countries: Austria and Hungary. This is their Austrian Blaufränkisch. An indigenous grape to Austria, it is known for producing dark wines with spicy undertones. This one is no exception with notes of black cherry, cinnamon, black pepper and blackberry. A wine suited to roast duck or a sausage stew.
