Distilled from the finest Malt Barley and blessed by the Waters of 'St Columb's Rill'. The Irishman Single Malt is matured in Bourbon and Sherry Casks, Bourbon to mellow the whiskey and Sherry to add a hint of sweetness.

“Last time I tasted this whiskey I was quite impressed... now I just content to it”

This dram has a amber-like color.
Nose (83): average. honey, wood, citrus.

Taste (86): light, smooth. honey, citrus, floral, spices, vanilla, cream.

Finish (85): average. honey, citrus, vanilla.
