An old bottling of VSOP Cognac from Salignac. As of 2013, they are owned by Courvoisier and most of the Cognacs bottled under the Salignac label are VS level at around 3 years of age. However at the time this bottle was produced, they were still independently run and were releasing older eau-de-vie.
