A 1983 vintage Port Ellen from independent bottlers Malts of Scotland. Distilled the year the distillery sadly closed, this was aged for over a quarter of a century in a refill sherry cask before being bottled in 2010. This was awarded 91 points by Serge Valentin of whiskyfun.com.
