An old bottling of Old Fitzgerald 1849– mellowed for years in charred new oak barrrels, this is a fine rare sipping whiskey with a sophisticated, mellow fruity flavour and hints of vanilla and caramel. We estimate this bottle (produced for the Italian market) dates from the 1980s.
