The 2015 bottling of clear rum from Nine Leaves; based in the Shiga prefecture of Japan. A fragrant unaged rum made from brown sugar and distilled in pot stills from Forsysths in Scotland. There's none of the harshness seen in many 'new make' rums and this is eminently sippable.
