Colheitas are tawny ports from a single vintage that are aged for a minimum of seven years. The 2005 harvest gave fruit that is powerful and dense, and has taken time to age in cask. Caramel, candied peel, dried figs and sweet spices come through on the palate– try this with tarte Tatin.
