A miniature of one of Bramley& Gage's amazing fruit liqueurs, this time made with the Cydonia Oblonga or European Quince (not the chaenomeles or Japonica, which makes too acid a liqueur). The large, yellow and fragrant fruit is a relative of the pear. This liqueur has been much-decorated, being a Quality Drinks Award Winner 2008 and Taste of the West Gold and Best Drink 2007.
