This is Argentina's answer to Beaujolais, the Malbec gives the ripe, seductive black and red fruits and the Pinot gives strawberries and a crisp, light finish. This wine is a joy to drink but it will surprise you. Try it lightly chilled with a salmon salad or a goats' cheese tart.
