70cl / 40% - A 1995 vintage Panamanian rum distilled at Distilleria Don Jose and bottled by Mezan. The distillery was founded in 1936 but Don Jose Varelo Blanco, the founder of the country's first sugar mill, and it's still run by his family to this day.
