Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: Gordon MacPhail 75cl / 40% Another curious rarity. The majority of aged pre-war bottlings by G&M have invariably been Strathislas, Glen Grants, Macallans or Mortlachs. These occasional Linkwoods are fascinating alternatives to the 'big four'. As usual it is smoky, resinous, super fruity and very beautiful but perhaps globally a bit lighter than the usual style from this era. Fascinating and stunning whisky.
