Colour: Amber. Tasting notes, undiluted. Nose: Floral with sweet, malty aromas. Some heather and earthy notes and a hint of apple skins. Palate: Perfumed with a peppery spiciness. Toasted, nutty flavours, sesame seeds and liquorice sticks. With water: Nose: Stronger floral aromas with a sweet, toffee edge. Traces of charred oak Palate:Parma voilets and lavender. Some dry grass flavours together with cereal, chaff-like notes. Body: Light. Finish: Dry, delivate. Cask Type: Refill sherry casks. Whisky Style: Assertive with peaty influence.
