A 2014 release from Leblon, Cedilla is produced by macerating acai berries in Leblon cachaça, lime peel, orange zest, ginger root and fresh cane juice. This works well in a myriad of cocktails, including a 'Pimm's No.8 Cup' – just mix with equal parts Pimm's and vodka, with a splash of lemon juice and some mint leaves.
