Kweichow Maotaizhen's 9 year old baijiu is made in the Guizhou province of China. An unflavoured moutai baijiu, this is made from a combination of wheat and sorgum (a type of grain), has been classified with a 'sauce' fragrance and has a similiar mouth-feel to vodka.
