70cl / 17% - Kigo is a traditionally-made genuine Japanese shochu made in the Miyazaki prefecture on Kyushu by sixth generation shochu maker Mr. Watanabe, using organic sweet potatoes, the highest grade of Yamadanichiki rice and both black and white Koji. More delicate and subtle than standard shochus, we suspect this might just catch on.
