Made from only Scottish malted barley, Glenglassaugh water and yeast. Matured in ex-red wine casks. Soft and refreshing with lovely summer berry notes. Not chill-filtered, no artificial colour and bottled on site at Glenglassaugh distillery. Colour: Salmon pink, slight clouding on addition of water. Nose: Reminiscent of strawberry jam and sweet pastries. Soft and sweet with notes of cranberry and raspberry shining through too. Drinks beautifully on its own or with a mixer. Palate: Soft spices, the merest hint of red wine and a beautiful balance of summer berries and sweet strawberry jam. Finish: Warming and slightly dry.
