Dappa is an English grappa-style marc made in Devon using skins from Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Regent and Rondo grapes grown at four wineries across the south of England. Made in the same way as grappa, but classified as a marc as it is produced outside of Italy. Clean, crisp and grassy, with hints of berries and earthy tones.
