An August 2013 release, this Glenglassaugh 30 year old is the first new release under the ownership of BenRiach, who took over the distillery in March of that year. This is rich with an undoubted sherry-cask background.

    “Impressive. It is a real experience to see how much whisky can change in thirty years”
    This dram has a cooper-like color.

    Nose (91): more than average. floral, honey, spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, wood, chocolate.

    Taste (92): powerful, oily. nuts, honey, wood, spices, cinnamon, chocolate.

    Finish (92): longer than average. nuts, wood.
