Colour: Pale gold. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Fresh, citrus and tropical fruits - lemonade, melons and strawberry jam. Hints of vanilla pods and spices. Palate: Spicy with earthy, toasted flavours. A delicate fruitiness and a smoky/peaty edge. With water: Nose: Cedar wood and perfumed aromas. Some sweet, toffee/fudge notes. Slightly solvent note still present. Dry grass and leafy elements. Palate: Dry, spicy - subtle smokiness and some citrus fruitiness. An oak element also present. Body: Light and refreshing. Palate: Dry, slightly oaky. Cask type: Refill Bourbon Barrels. Style: Fresh, clean flavours and aromas. An easy drinking dram.
