Dixon's is a bit of a mystery here in TWE Towers - it came as part of a collection we bought and claims to be whisky, but the label says that it's made of 'Highland Malts...and pure neutral alcohol of the higest quality'. We're guessing it's some kind of whisky-based spirit drink produced for domestic consumption in an unknown (to us) overseas market.
