Fine Champagne is an unique blend of eaux-devie from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, the two most prestigious growth areas of the Cognac region. With a crystalline glow of intense golden reflections, this Cognac offers an harmonious richness which promises fruity, floral and spicy notes to the palate. In the mouth, it offers a symphony of flavours expressed in a subtle yet opulent silky texture typical of eaux-de-vie which have been distilled on the lees. The blend of this rich Fine Champagne Cognac is complete with treasures which have been aged in the cellars of the Estate and of which the oldest dates from the 1980 harvest of our vineyard. Visual Colour: Antique gold, perfect Texture: crystalline balance Texture Rich velvet. Floral Notes: Spring jasmine flowers, iris fruity Notes Ripe fig, candied orange, juicy plums, Spicy Notes Fresh, slightly minty, grated cinnamon, toffee, cigar box. Tasting Age 20 years.
