A Signatory Un-Chillfiltered bottling of 1997 vintage whisky from Clynelish in the Northern Highlands. A vatting of two hogsheads distilled on October 29th and bottled on July 10th 2013 after almost 11 years of maturation. 1997 has been a great year for indie bottlings of Clynelish and we're pleased to see another from Signatory.
