It is one of the first Petit Verdot vineyards planted in Spain. Bordeaux range with surprisingly good adaptation to our climate. Wine from grapes harvested in late October, harvested at their optimum maturity, very small grains and loose. Macerated in cold the first days of barreling, the fermentation temperature until the day of racking took place between 28 º C and 30 º C. The tank filling time was 15 days later moving to barrels for malolactic fermentation. He has remained in barrels of French oak 12 months.
