Susana Esteban decided to call this wine Aventura to celebrate her decision to produce her own wines. It is a field blend with the main variety being Viosinho, a native Portuguese variety. The wine has a good weight, plenty of stone fruits, and a whiff of lavender but a crisp, dry, zesty finish.
