Aprendiz is a joven mezcal made from Espadin agave. A great introduction to the Pescador de Sueños range, this is made in the San Juan del Rio area of Oaxaca. Balanced and great in cocktails, this displays the classic mezcal smokiness, along with a hint of capsicum and a light floral note.
