The Apostoles VORS Palo Cortado comes from a solera that dates back to 1862 and was created in honor of Queen Isabel II visit to the vineyard. This is absolutely stunning. This has a touch of Pedro Ximenez in it, so there is a touch of sweetness on this sherry. Intense and lasting flavors of caramel, walnuts and a touch of espresso all with great complexity and length.

This dram has a tawny-like color.
Nose (80): average. grapes, leather, floral, nuts, wood.

Taste (93): light, dry. sweet, leather, many nuts, wood, nuts, grapes.

Finish (90): long. nuts, leather, sweet.
