58 Gin is made in Hackney, East London in a tiny still. Single-shot distillation is used and just 80 bottles are produced in each run. A slightly sweet gin with notes of pine, juniper, coriander and wood shavings. In a G&T it becomes slightly sweeter and the pepper notes are accentuated.
